Rick's post reminded me ... the Blog2Print blog printing widget is now compatible with Google's most recent API for the Blogger platform, which was updated after we built the widget. This means that you will now be able to flow any of your posts into the blog book structure. Blog2Print is also now compatible with blogs that have non-standard URLs.
