The past few weeks were crazy here in SharedBook! Launching Blog2Print enhancements, launching Care Pages integration, and a few other updates and features was quite intensive. And yet, on top of all that, we had some additional problems: users were discovering bugs. L
The team has been working around the clock. While Blog2Print is in beta form, we still wanted to make sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. This meant addressing errors even before they were reported by users, listening carefully to users' feedback, adjusting our plans accordingly, and addressing as many issues as we could.
As you can imagine, we have reached the end of the week, quite exhausted, but with a great sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. As I was telling my team today: these are good problems to have. We have users. J
